My name is Tison, but you know me as SHADOWSTRIKE1.

I am a normal guy just like you. I enjoy hanging out with friends, heading out to the bar, going to concerts, and generally having a good time any way I can.
I went to school where I obtained a Bachelors of Science in Computer Information Technology, minoring in Network Design & Security. I then went on to get a job as a Network Security Engineer for a government contracting organization.
I also work as a club DJ and producer on the side, specializing in various forms of Electronic Dance Music.
Just like you, I am also a gamer. What separates me from others is my skill in the games I play, and I intend to teach others everything I know.
On top of my Arena rankings, I have participated at Major League Gaming tournaments around the U.S. including MLG Meadowlands 2009 and MLG Collumbus 2009. Apart from MLG tournaments, I placed 2nd in the F.L.A.G. 2v2 Tournament sponsored by Bungie, 343i, and many other sponsors in 2010, and 3rd in 2013. In these tournaments, I helped raise over $20,000 towards Breast Cancer. |
In Halo 5: Guardians, I've been ranked Champion since the beta, including #1 Champion in Doubles. This had me competing against some of the top players in the game, and pulling myself out on top.
Before this, I climbed my way through previous Halo titles. In Halo: Reach, not only was I ranked in the Top 1% of Onyx division, but I was also placed in the Top 10 players in the world for multiple seasons according to the late global ranking website, HaloCharts. Apart from Multiplayer Experience, I am also one of the most accomplished Campaign players ever. I am one of the few players in the world who have completed the Campaigns of Halo 3, ODST, and Halo Reach on Mythic Difficulty, which refers to Single Player on Legendary with All Skulls On, with no deaths, scoring on.
You may have seen videos of my Multiplayer Mythic runs with The Tyrant on Bungie's front page, or in Halo Waypoint. I have been a finalist in many of the HaloCharts DMR Tournaments, as well as a finalist in multiple online tournaments hosted by GameBattles.com. I also won the ForgeHub 2v2 Throwdown tournament, consisting of 128 teams.
I've also participated at several Microsoft Store events for Halo 5. |
I have been lucky enough to have my work be acknowledged by Bungie and 343i, who have helped the community by pinning my tip threads for everyone to see. Bungie awarded me Recon Armor in June of 2009, which was exclusively for Bungie employees and the select few whom they gave it to, and I still wear it to this day.
I've also been active on the 343 forums where I've hosted multiple community playdates.
